Wanted: Organized Joy Spreader for Our Congregation.

As an administrator, you will have a broad and varied role where you are responsible for managing archives and diaries according to applicable regulations and agreements. You will also be responsible for staffing the office and administering bookings for activities and venues. The role includes administration related to funerals, such as conversations with funeral homes and relatives, booking funerals and burial plots, and registering completed funerals, etc. You will be responsible for sending out burial letters, monitoring burial rights periods, and invoicing.

No day is the same – but care is always present. You will be one of two administrators responsible for the office's work in the congregation, with a focus on cemetery management administration.

We are looking for someone who meets people in a pleasant and respectful manner. You are structured, meticulous, and have excellent administrative skills. You are happy to share your knowledge and want to be a support to both visitors and colleagues. You handle information about people and personal data with care and respect for confidentiality.

You are comfortable navigating digital environments. Familiarity with Microsoft365 is a plus. We use Aveny as our booking system.

The position is full-time and is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.

We want you to be someone who:

• has extensive experience and/or education in administrative work, preferably with knowledge of burial laws,
• has experience with digital working methods and working with various operational systems,
• can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and understands the importance of good communication,
• thrives in a team where we help each other and laugh often,
• is a member of the Church of Sweden,
• has a B driver's license.
